The Convent

The Convent is a luxury residential development situated within a historic former convent in rural Warwickshire. The scheme consists of 18 homes, ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom family houses, many of which are formed within the historic existing convent buildings, whilst some new build bespoke designed houses form the remainder.

The design sought to retain and enhance the former convent, making use of the old cloisters and walled gardens, which form both private and communal gardens and amenity areas. Modern facilities and interiors are combined with historic features, with many homes having original leaded and stained glass windows, with former chapels used as unique dining spaces. A high level of finishing is used throughout including custom designed and hand crafted kitchens.
