Coolderry, Lapworth

St Paul's Associates were appointed as Architects to design the magnificent refurbishment and extension of existing house, including significant basement and new build extensions and Coach House. Coolderry is situated in the historic village of Lapworth in rural Warwickshire.  

The project involved the full refurbishment of a large arts and crafts style house along with significant extensions and construction of a bespoke Coach House. The project included the introduction of a new basement as well as an orangery to the rear of the property. The interior fit out was completed to a very high standard with significant reordering of the internal layout and rooms.
