A new office block and warehouse with office space on a business park in Cannock, taking an L-shape form. The office block is positioned next to a traffic island, has great prominence and the building has become a landmark within the estate.

High quality materials including terracotta cladding, flat metal composite panels and curtain walling sections, demonstrate the developer’s wish to create a high quality building.
On the south facing elevations, large brisoleil elements are installed to reduce the solar gain and hence improve the energy efficiency of the building.
The building has set a high standard benchmark for future development in the area.
